A painter, photographer and qualified solicitor (a somewhat unusual combination) Ashley Cordwell decided that the urge to return to the Arts was undeniable whilst working in London and so began to sell some of his portfolio of photographs which he had accumulated throughout his travels. His style tends to focus on the unusual and interesting street scenes in Europe, South America and Northern Africa.

Born in 1988 in West Sussex, Ashley was raised in an artistic family. Having grown up surrounded by art it was only natural that Ashley would pursue this line of work. As a young boy, he would often copy other paintings at first using gouache and later progressing onto oil paintings by the time he was a teenager. Ashley’s bright contemporary landscapes invoke a naivety that he attributes to some of the naïve contemporary styles which he used to love as a boy. His paintings have sold all over the UK including to the musician Paul Weller.

UK DELIVERY
Free insured delivery via courier is available for all purchases over £250. We aim to deliver artworks within 5 working days unless framing is required (in which case 10-14 days). If your order is urgent please specify this and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. Delivery times are an estimate and we will keep you informed if this delivery window is likely to be exceeded.

You will receive confirmation of your order and tracking details once delivery has been booked. If you wish to receive your artwork on a certain day, please specify this in the order notes when checking out.

Please note that some large artworks under glass may require a specialist courier and are therefore excluded from the free delivery offer. In such instances we will contact you prior to arranging delivery and you will have the option to confirm your order. Saturday delivery and express delivery is available for a small charge of £25 – please contact us to arrange this. Professional installation may be offered by quotation to some areas of the UK as well as same day express delivery. Please contact us to arrange these alternative options.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver artworks worldwide. For the majority of countries shipping charges will be applied automatically at checkout. If you are outside of these regions you may still purchase online and we will contact you with a competitive quotation for delivery to your country. ONLINE CATALOGUE
We endeavour to keep our website as accurate and up to date as possible. Please note that dimensions are approximate and rounded to the nearest inch. If you require exact dimensions of an artwork before ordering please get in touch with us.

RETURNS
For your peace of mind, we offer an extended 30 day returns option for any online purchase. We suggest you retain the original packaging if you are considering this option as we reserve the right to deduct any damage which occurs during return transit. Once we have received the return it will be checked and a refund will be issued less the return postage costs.

If you are experiencing any technical difficulties or do not have access to the Art Visualiser app then email a photograph of the space and wall where you would like to see the artwork and we will do the rest. If you can include some dimensions as a reference point it will help to scale the painting correctly against your wall.
